	Charlotte Koppin, President, Founder Charlotte Koppin is founder and igniter of Bocotek. With a degree in Robotics and Pneumatics and an overall excitement of the Techno-World, Charlotte strives to keep Bocotek on the forefront of innovation. Keeping employees motivated with singing and employee activities, Charlotte strives to maintain a pleasant and forward-thinking atmosphere in the workplace. 	John Bears, Vice-President, Founder John Bears has worked in the technology field since 1998 both in sales and professional services. He is a certified technician with many manufacturers. John currently manages business development for Bocotek, with a focus on federal contracting and marketing. 	Martha Santiago, Office Manager Martha has over 7yrs of Office Administration/Accounting experience. She is dedicated to providing our customers with excellent customer service. She comes into work with a will do attitude. A native to Albuquerque, Martha enjoys jazz aerobics, body sculpting and outdoor activities. 	Lisa Cheshire, Federal Account Manager Lisa has been with Bocotek since 2004 and is a valuable team member with an extensive background in Government Contracting and Sales, Lisa uses her expertise to research and update Bocotek in the latest GSA and 8(a) trends and pricing. Lisa has taken on the responsibility of maintaining Bocotek’s Sandia National Labs JIT contract pricing as well as establishing relationships with other State and Federal contacts. 	Mike Laforest, Service Manager Mike LaForest has worked with Bocotek since 2004 as a Service Technician and Service Manager. His background in computer systems, servers and printers allows him to expand Bocotek's technical services to accommodate all repairs and installations in our client's workplace. When Mike isn't managing the Service Department and meeting with clients, you'll likely find him taking things apart and putting them back together or doing sound engineering for the band "Pontius Violet." email: mlaforest@bocotek.com
	Christian Gallegos, Service Technician Christian Gallegos has been with Bocotek since 2005 as our most eclectic service technician. With a background in MAC systems in design and repair, Christian finds the hands-on service he provides is ever-changing and enjoys the client interaction. Christian works hard and strives to stay current with printer, scanner and computer trends and certifications. When he's not working at Bocotek, Christian is a freelance oil-painting artist and plays Bass Guitar in his band "Pontus Violet." email: cgallegos@bocotek.com
