Warranty Entitlements
Bocotek performs warranty work for many manufacturers.
If your equipment is under warranty, we will perform the repair
or work with the manufacturer to resolve all issues.
Billable Labor
Rates*
Labor Charges - Service labor will be charged as shown
below. Service labor is computed from the start time to the stop
time as indicated on the service repair record. This is the time
from leaving the vehicle at the customer's site until returning
to the vehicle.

*Vehicle travel over 20 miles billed @ $0.77 a mile.
*Other transportation billed at actual cost + $30 an hour per technician.
*The customer will be billed for travel-related expenses as required
(hotel, toll charges, etc.)
*Parts charges are in addition
to Labor and Travel charges.
